Chief Information Officer, SA Water
Graham joined the Information Technology team as Chief Information Officer (CIO) in 2017 to lead the team responsible for delivering a $126 million technology investment program and sustaining the digital capability SA Water needs to deliver world class water services to 1.7 million South Australians.
Originally from the finance sector, Graham joined SA Water in 2007. Drawing on his banking operations and leadership experience, he spent the bulk of his time in senior management within the operational business. Overseeing large-scale commercial partnerships and business strategies aimed to optimise the operation of SA Water’s $13 billion asset base, he was key to establishing SA Water’s current operational technology investment plans and structuring the business to adapt to the change.
Graham is a Chartered Accountant and holds formal qualification in economics and a Master of Business. He is passionate about building great teams with great culture. He is currently leading IT to strive beyond the traditional service provider model, focusing on building strategic capability, business engagement and leveraging vendor relationships to achieve aspirational outcomes for customers.
