Katherine’s passions are people and data, and she champions efforts to exceed customer expectations through digital and in-person experiences.

Having joined Unitywater since its inception in 2010, Katherine recognises the importance of enhancing services to keep up with the way customers think and feel, and improving customer relationships.

With an extensive background in private and public sectors in Australia and the UK, she now leads a 90-strong business unit that manages all customer interactions, including billing, payments, credit, customer service, community and stakeholder engagement, media, customer insights and online services.

Katherine has previously worked in finance, telecommunications and local government where she honed speciality skills in strategic planning, project management, digital transformation, customer experience transformation, leadership, mentoring, implementing customer management systems and guiding organisational change.
