Oceania Power and Utilities Leader, EY
Matt is the leader of the energy transition business within Ernst and Young (EY) and serves as the EY Oceania Power and Utilities Leader. He was for seven years between 2012 and 2018 the Global Power and Utilities Leader for Transaction Advisory Services (TAS).
He is responsible for coordinating business and capital strategy for clients in the energy, water, gas, public sector and infrastructure industries and has extensive experience in the Americas, Europe, Africa, Asia, Russia and the Middle East across generation, transmission, distribution and retail.
Matt holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of New England and a graduate degree in applied finance and investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
