Manager Customer Engagement and Programs, SA Power Networks
Rita joined SA Power Networks just over 12 months ago in the newly created role of Manager Customer Engagement and Programs. Creation of the role signals SA Power Networks commitment to customer-focused transformation of services.
The former Head of Digital Citizen Services for the South Australian Government, Rita has over 15 years’ experience in developing digital service delivery vision and strategy, leading digital transformation programs, and managing significant change. She successfully implemented new models of working together for better customer outcomes through the introduction of whole of government customer service platforms, co-designed with customers and partners.
Rita completed an MBA with the University of Adelaide in 2012, which included a scholarship to study abroad in Leipzig, Germany. Her previous experience working with vulnerable and disadvantaged communities provided her with a passion to make services as simple as possible for customers across multiple channels, while finding efficiencies for the provider.
